  • Children's school Farm. Children at the Maisemore (near Gloucester) Church School, have made their school famous by the success of their voluntarily run farm. Pigs, bees and chickens are kept at the school, and half an acre has been cultivated as a market garden. Many prizes have been won by the produce grown by the children, who take it in turns to perform the work during school hours.
